Ova Easy is the really expensive stuff. Supposedly because of the drying process it tastes better. I haven't tried it yet. I did get a couple of cans of it, as well as some of the older type that is really hard to find anymore but is cheaper. I just ordered a small #2.5 can of MREDepot's powdered egg powder, which is cheaper. I'm going to try to use it in my cooking.
MREDepot had had #10 cans of powdered eggs, but it looks like they ran out.

I found some at Amazon the other day, but can't remember the price difference. I put some on my Wish List, along with buttermilk powder and eggwhite powder.
