It sounds like a good deal. Of course, I'm going the hard route, canning my own meat and making and waxing my own cheese. I don't recommend that route for everyone. I only just started cheesemaking anyway. I have two pounds of waxed cheese, and that took me about nine hours to make. Once I get good at it it should only take me six hours.
