Looking for old schoolbooks!

Starting to teach my son, wanting to use late 1800's/ early 1900's schoolbooks, also want to find old copybook headings books. Can't find anything, at a dead end. Thinking about trying to make my own copybook heading book. Any ideas / suggestions?

http://www.gutenberg.org/ is a great place for old books also.

I highly recommend the Baldwin Online Children's Literature Project. I used a couple of their books to teach Greek Mythology and US History to one of my sons a few years ago. He loved it! Here is the link: http://www.mainlesson.com/main/displayarticle.php?article=feature

Also, I've had my eye on a set of books on cd-rom by a company named A2 Curriculum. The disc has 800 books on it and they are all classics, and it has printable copywork and math worksheets. here is the link: http://www.accelerated-achievement.com/

I also collect old school books. I find most of mine in antique stores. I just browse around in the books where ever I go. I have found some very interesting ones. Everything from English to farming. I love to old story books as well. The graphics in them are not to be found in our modern art. Sme of the books have writing in them and are marked up, which is why a collector of pristine books may not be interested in them,but that doesn't matter to me. Hope this helps.
