This is a wonderful recipe for bread containing oats and wheat flour. I made it last night, but I modified it for altitude and to use steel cut oats instead of rolled oats. I'm only including a link because I don't know if they would be alright with me just copying their recipe willy nilly.

It takes a little longer than an average loaf to make the dough because you have to soften the oats. But it is well worth it.
