The thing to remember about cannery wheat is it is only cleaned once. Some electric wheat grinders will have thier warranty voided if you use cannery wheat in them and it gets damaged.

I just did a look-up on the cost of a can seamer. Wow! They are expensive, one small seamer is > $1200.
