Exactly. Atkins is freaky-weird. Cuz I can eat stuff like the above pictures and totally lose weight. I eat a piece of bread and fuhgiddaboutit.

That's what happens when you throw your body into ketosis. It works, but it is hard on the organs. Definitely not a lifestyle change, but a way to get where you want.
