food storage calculator in excel

I am looking for the excel food storage calculator that was once found on avow. My computer crashed and I lost the spreadsheet and it was my fave. I believe cowboy is the one who created it. If this is true can I fine it here?

Thanks, Cowboy. I've just printed out your chart. Going to use it for FHE Monday. We have a non-member in the group who are coming to our "empty nest" FHE. The lady asked me last week how much food was recommended for storage.
