For those of you who are interested in medicinal herbs, there is a place on line where simple lessons are given about the human body and medicinal herbs. Some of the pages do advertise Nature's Sunshine products, but I believe the information is valuable for those of you who are looking for some preliminary intro. You can find the lessons at:
http://www.naturalhealthschool.com/
Some other good medicinal herb information can be found at sites for Dr. John Christopher. He was a well-respected herbal physician in Utah, Washington and Colorado. You can read his story at:
http://www.herballegacy.org/Herbal_Legacy_of_Courage.html
Another good herbal doctor I like is Dr. Richard Schulze. For some he can be a bit over-the-top, but I do like his formulas. You can see his website at:

There are many very good medicinal herb sites on the web. If anyone has any specific question I could try to help. I have dabbled in herbal and traditional medicine for several years, but recently decided to take up a systematic study of it on my own.
