Here is the list I gave my preppers when they groaned at the idea of eating "food storage." I've been passing on recipes to them, and I'll be glad to post some here from time to time if you'd like them.

*Meats are canned, freeze dried, or
dehydrated.
Yeast breads can be pan-fried in a quarter inch of oil for speed or lack of baking capability. Fritter recipes are deep-fried, of course, but muffins and corn bread can also be fried like pancakes in a pinch.
