Looking for a condensed cream soup recipe

I'm looking for a cream soup recipe that is condensed like how it comes out of the can, so I could use it for recipes that call for canned soup. Does anyone have something like that? :)

On the web site Recipezaar, there are several if you do a search. I can't recall right off which one I used from there, but it worked well. As soon as I get a bit more organized, I will probably make a permanent switch, as it's a good way to rotate my powdered milk stores.

You can add your own chicken, celery etc. to get the flavor you want.
