How do I mix this stuff. I followed the instructions but I can't get the texture right. It tastes good but the texture is like watery sour cream. I added more powder but that did not seem to help. Has anyone here used this before. :confused5:

Best of luck with the powder. I'll be looking for an answer to this myself. Personally, I prefer the Red Feather Butter in a can. Delicious.

I've never gotten mine to be solid like you'd find in the store. But the texture is fine for putting on biscuits or using to cook up some eggs.
Butter powder is not intended to replace spreadable butter. Because oil can't be dehydrated, it's main purpose is to replace the flavor of butter in dry mixes.
I've discovered Red Feather Butter and it's delicious!
