The wheat harvest began here about a week-10 days ago. In a month or so, when it's complete, wheat prices will be at their lowest. And bean prices should be at their lowest in October--provided you are buying directly from an elevator, farmer or co-op. If you buy through a store or other outlet, you will not enjoy the lower wheat costs. IOW, NOW is the time to buy.
(OK, not "now" NOW, but "now" within the next couple months.)
