Has anyone had any experience dehydrating tofu? Is it even possible?
Is it even edible? It seems to me the final result would be an eraser
Kind of like dehydrated ice cream.

I love dehydrated ice cream! I am not so sure about the tofu though.. I guess it depends on if you had soft or firm tofu, right? And if you were absolutely starving to death and had nothing else to consume.
My mom said she and her friends used to chew tar off the road when they were little cuz they couldn't get chewing gum. It's probably as good or better than that...
