    Sounds nice. Our stake used to have a preparedness day every year, they stopped doing them because of the very low turnout. Part of the problem I saw from going 2 years in a row....the same exact teachers and classes, nothing new. One class I attended the teacher really didn't know his subject matter very well. I actually knew more than he did and I'm self taught on the subject, it was a complete waste of 45 min. The another problem, lack of advertising...which could be more of the bishops' fault for not really promoting it better over the pulpit during the announcements, at least that was the case in our ward. And yet another problem....not every ward has a food storage/preparedness person to help the members year round, especially members 'new' to getting prepared.
